신분 확인Identity check

받을 때 신분증(외국인은 여권)으로 본인을 확인합니다.We check your ID at pick-up (passport for visitors).

보증금은 상담으로Deposit arranged with you

보증금이 필요한 경우 카드 가승인으로 받고, 신청 후 상담에서 안내합니다.If a deposit applies, it is a card pre-authorization, explained when we contact you.

반납 뒤 기록 삭제Wiped after every return

사진은 여행 앨범 링크로 보내 드리고, 반납된 기기의 기록은 지웁니다.Your photos go to a travel album link, and the device is wiped after return.

필요한 정보만Only what we need

신청서에는 꼭 필요한 정보만 받고, 정해진 기간이 지나면 파기합니다.Forms ask only for what we need, and we delete it after a set period.

  1. 앱 설치와 연결Install and pair

    휴대폰에 Hi Rokid 앱을 깔고 글래스를 연결합니다.Install the Hi Rokid app and pair the glasses.

  2. 글래스로 조작Use the glasses

    안경다리 터치패드를 길게 누르거나 "Hi Rokid"라고 말해 AI를 부릅니다.Press and hold the temple touchpad, or say "Hi Rokid".

  3. 전날 연습Practice the day before

    동네에서 길찾기, 전화, 음악을 미리 해 봅니다.Try directions, calls and music nearby.

  4. 여행 당일On the day

    휴대폰 핫스팟을 켜고, 배터리는 충전 케이스로 채웁니다.Turn on your hotspot and top up with the charging case.

인터넷은 어떻게 연결하나요?How do the glasses get online?

글래스는 내 휴대폰 핫스팟으로 연결합니다. 데이터가 없으면 포켓와이파이를 함께 빌릴 수 있습니다.They connect through your phone's hotspot. No data plan? You can borrow a pocket Wi-Fi with them.

평소 안경을 쓰는데 괜찮나요?I wear prescription glasses. Is that OK?

신청서에 알려 주세요. 맞는 방법을 상담으로 안내합니다.Let us know in the form, and we will talk through the options with you.

배터리는 얼마나 가나요?How long does the battery last?

약 10시간입니다(쓰는 방식에 따라 다름). 충전 케이스로 중간에 채울 수 있습니다.About 10 hours depending on use. You can top up with the charging case.

비용이 있나요?Does it cost anything?

베타 기간의 조건은 신청 후 상담으로 안내합니다. 정식 요금은 베타를 마친 뒤 알려 드립니다.We explain the beta terms when we contact you. Regular prices will be announced after the beta.

어디에서 받고 돌려주나요?Where do I pick up and return them?

부산역과 김해공항을 대여·반납 거점으로 준비하고 있습니다. 베타 기간에는 신청 후 장소와 시간을 따로 안내합니다.We are preparing pick-up points at Busan Station and Gimhae Airport. During the beta, we will confirm a time and place after you apply.

찍은 사진과 기록은 어떻게 되나요?What happens to my photos and data?

사진은 여행 앨범 링크로 보내 드리고, 반납된 글래스의 기록은 지웁니다.We send your photos as a travel album link and wipe the glasses after return.
